WVU Libraries invites graduate students and the WVU community to attend two events on Wednesday Oct. 2 with the Archivist of the United States.
Hear from the Archivist, Colleen Shogan, on various topics, including the role of archives and records in strengthening the nation’s democracy, the vital importance of preserving and understanding history, and her unique career path.
Student Roundtable with the Archivist of the United States
At 2 p.m. in the Downtown Library Milano Room, Dr. Shogan will join students in a roundtable conversation. As a trained political scientist and academic, she often speaks with students about her career path, alternate career paths, and the work of National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
